This role is the key operational lead on the delivery of the Pars Foundation Football Development Strategy, managing the relationship with the SFA and other key national partners on behalf of The Pars Foundation.
Successful delivery of these plans requires providing a broad level of service across Fife whilst also managing a more intensive level of engagement with priority groups to deliver specific outcomes, developing productive relationships with partners in the process
